About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Vice President to join our team at Gold Group. As a key member of our real estate investment team, you will play a crucial role in the growth and deployment of capital across the German Industrial and Logistics market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and acquire Core+, Value Add, and development opportunities in Germany, with a focus on urban markets.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive investment strategy, including ground-up development, refurbishment, and repositioning of distribution assets.
  • Work closely with our team to identify and capitalize on new investment opportunities, leveraging your expertise in real estate private equity investment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, developers, and other industry professionals.
  • Contribute to the development of our company's overall business strategy, providing insights and recommendations on market trends and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in real estate investment and development, with a strong understanding of the German market.
  • Exceptional analytical and modeling skills, with the ability to evaluate complex investment opportunities and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Fluent German language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and partners.
  • Relevant educational background, with a degree in a field such as real estate, finance, or business.
