We are working on behalf of a boutique real estate investment firm that is seeking a high-achieving Vice President to play a key role in the future growth and deployment of capital across the German Industrial and Logistics market.

The firm currently has assets across Europe, including Germany, and is looking to continue investing in the area. As a Vice President, you will work from the London office with regular travel to and from Germany, requiring fluent German language skills and a highly credible background in real estate investment.

Initially, you will work independently, with the overall aim of eventually building and leading a team that may be based in Germany. Your focus will be on sourcing and acquiring Core+, Value Add, and development opportunities in Germany, with a focus on urban markets.

Experience in ground-up development, refurbishment, and repositioning of distribution assets, including big box and smaller last-mile units, is required. Additionally, experience within a real estate private equity investment environment is necessary.

We are looking for a high-achiever with a solid educational background in a relevant field, along with exceptional modeling and underwriting capabilities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is driven, determined, analytical, and keen to succeed.
