TML Recruitment is partnering with a globally recognized property consultancy to find a skilled Estate Manager or Property Manager to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in landlord and tenant matters, service charge management, and client service activities. They will be responsible for serving major London public sector clients and working closely with the in-house data teams to ensure lease data is up-to-date.
The role involves:
- Client reporting and liaison
- Dealing with formal landlord and tenant matters, such as rent reviews and lease renewals
- Working with the data teams to ensure lease data is accurate
- Managing rent reviews and lease renewals
- Handling occupier queries on rent, service charges, and other management matters
- Liaising with the facilities management team on day-to-day maintenance and operational issues
- Collaborating with the sustainability team to ensure ESG best practices are adopted
- Conducting regular property inspections
- Setting up new properties and instructions
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
- Proven track record in property management
- Experience in landlord and tenant matters
- Excellent communication and client interfacing skills
- High degree of commerciality and experience of development business with existing clients
- Ability to work under pressure and with attention to detail
