Omnichannel Consumer Engagement Manager

We are seeking an experienced Omnichannel Consumer Engagement Manager to join our team at L'OCCITANE Group. As a key member of our Consumer Engagement department, you will be responsible for managing our omnichannel consumer engagement strategy, ensuring a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute omnichannel consumer engagement strategies that drive brand awareness and consumer engagement
- Manage and optimize social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns
- Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to inform future campaign decisions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in omnichannel consumer engagement with a focus on social media advertising
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Analytics
