We're looking for a talented Business Development Representative to join our team in Middlesbrough

Job Description:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating revenue growth and expanding our customer base
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Operational Efficiency: Streamline business processes, including sales order management and invoicing, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong sales skills, with a proven track record of meeting targets and exceeding expectations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
- Aptitude for learning and adapting to new technologies and systems
Benefits:
- Competitive salary of £38,000 per annum, with annual salary reviews
- Generous holiday entitlement, including 25 days holiday + bank holidays
- Flexible working hours, Monday-Thursday, 9.00am-5.00pm & Friday, 8.00am-2.00pm
