Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Care Champion to join our store leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer care while driving sales and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coach and develop your team to deliver excellent customer care.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to improve our store's performance.
  • Work closely with our training teams to ensure all staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in retail management, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer care and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
  • A strong understanding of commercial operations and the ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • The ability to work at pace, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
