Care Professional with a Compassionate Touch

As a Care Assistant with City & County Healthcare Group, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes. You will follow individual care plans and assist with personal care, helping clients to bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet, and support them with their medication. You will also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
About You:
We are looking for compassionate and caring individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others. You will need to be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with clients and their families, and work as part of a team to deliver high-quality care.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.00 per hour, plus 30p mileage. You will also receive enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, a pension scheme, benefits and wellbeing platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), a refer a friend scheme, and a cycle to work scheme. We are committed to providing our staff with the training and support they need to excel in their roles.
