We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Professional. As a Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assisting clients with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and medication management
- Engaging in activities and hobbies with clients to promote social interaction and mental stimulation
- Monitoring clients' physical and emotional well-being and reporting any concerns to the care team
Requirements
- Valid UK driving licence and access to transport
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
