Care Coordinator

We are looking for a well motivated individual who will lead an expanding care team within the Market Deeping area and surrounding villages.
Basic IT skills are essential as the role will be predominantly office based although you will be required to visit service users and staff in the community to carry out quality assurance tasks.
A typical day in the life of a Care Co-ordinator includes:
- Completing staff rota's
- Updating Service user care plans and risk assessments
- Completing quality assurance spot checks on staff members
- Leading staff supervisions
- Gaining service user reviews and feedback to highlight areas of improvement
- Dealing with the day to day running of the staff team for your area including any queries that may come in with regards to medication and the duties we undertake as Care Assistants

Good Companions is a companionship and care company who cater for a wide range of service users. We cover everything from shopping and companionship calls to personal care, night sits and palliative care calls. We are a small team but always expanding to cover the great need for care in our area.
Although we are a small staff team, we are a very busy team with a large number of care hours to cover each week and this is always expanding.

**Requirements**:
- Ideally NVQ 2 or 3 qualified (not essential)
- Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW Compliance is essential.
- Organised, methodical, and a good eye for detail.
- Being a team player is extremely crucial to this role
**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
