Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough cleaning audits to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Be responsible for completing janitorial orders and carrying out regular stock takes on janitorial supplies.
  • Ensure all team members instill a culture of prioritizing resident needs and providing exceptional care.
  • Adhere to infection control practices as per policy, protecting both residents and staff from harm.

Requirements

  • You must possess excellent time management skills, enabling you to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive and enthusiastic outlook is essential, as you will be working closely with residents, staff, and external partners.
  • Prior experience in a residential or nursing home setting is desirable, although not mandatory.
