Oxendon House Care Home is located in the picturesque village of Great Oxendon, offering stunning views and a tranquil environment. We provide personal and dementia care for 43 residents, with a dedicated team of staff who are passionate about delivering high-quality care. Our mission is to prioritize our people, providing them with the resources and support needed to excel in their roles.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough cleaning audits to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Be responsible for completing janitorial orders and carrying out regular stock takes on janitorial supplies.
- Ensure all team members instill a culture of prioritizing resident needs and providing exceptional care.
- Adhere to infection control practices as per policy, protecting both residents and staff from harm.
Requirements
- You must possess excellent time management skills, enabling you to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive and enthusiastic outlook is essential, as you will be working closely with residents, staff, and external partners.
- Prior experience in a residential or nursing home setting is desirable, although not mandatory.
