Relief Care Assistant

We are seeking enthusiastic and resourceful individuals to join our relief team in the community. The role provides support to individuals with various care needs, focusing on respect, independence, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver respectful personal care and assistance with daily tasks such as housekeeping, cleaning, and cooking.
- Offer financial guidance and support.
- Develop warm and trusting relationships with service users.
- Work flexibly to cover rotas, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
Experience is essential for this role. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team, utilizing your initiative and problem-solving skills to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users.
Salary:£22,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
