Home Care Worker

We are currently seeking a Residential Support Worker to join our team at Completely Care.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a Residential Children's Home, supporting children and young people to achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or be willing to achieve this within the required timeframe and have relevant experience working in a children's home setting.
Salary: Up to £33,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
About the RoleWe are looking for an individual who is passionate about working with children and young people and has the skills and knowledge to provide excellent support and care.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
Main Responsibilities:
- To provide high-quality support and care to service users, promoting their independence, wellbeing, and strengths.
- To work in partnership with parents/carers and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users.
- To contribute to the upkeep of the home, including cooking, cleaning, and other domestic tasks.
- To document information accurately and ensure records are kept up to date.
- To ensure safeguarding policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
- To promote, monitor, and maintain a safe environment.
