Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a Residential Support Worker to join our team in Market Harborough.
This is a full-time temporary work opportunity, requiring experience in Children and Young People settings.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with various needs, including behavioural support, mental health, non-verbal communication, and learning difficulties.
The estimated salary for this role is around £24,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Support individuals with complex needs, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
- Assist with personal care tasks, promoting independence and dignity.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of care provided.
- Participate in waking night shifts, observing and supporting residents of this home.
- Possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
- Hold up-to-date medication, moving, and manual handling training certifications.
- Have an Enhanced Adult and Child workforce DBS (update service).
