Support Worker for Adults

HF Trust is a supportive employer that offers the opportunity to work as a Support Worker for adults with learning disabilities. In this role, you will provide assistance to help individuals live their lives to the fullest, enabling them to make choices and participate in activities they enjoy.
The salary for this position is £12.00 per hour. You can expect to work varied shifts, including early morning and late evening shifts, as well as every other weekend. Sleep-ins are also required. You will receive 33 days of annual leave and eight statutory bank holidays. Additionally, you will be entitled to 10% overtime allowance, 20% Bank Holiday allowance, and 50% for key dates over Christmas.
We offer fully funded Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care, which will equip you with the necessary skills to excel in your role. As part of our team, you will have access to health, retail, and cash incentives. A full driving licence is not essential but is desirable. Please note that we reserve the right to close this vacancy early and follow our usual terms and conditions.
