Care Home Team Leader

Estimated Salary: £14,670 per annum based on 37 hours per week

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Care Home Team Leader in LE16. As a senior member of staff, you will be responsible for promoting resident independence and supporting their physical and emotional wellbeing.

You will lead a team to deliver high standards of care and respect, fostering dignity and choice for residents. This includes supporting carers in assisting with daily activities, personal care, and meal assistance.

In addition, you will administer medication safely and accurately, maintain care plans, and ensure residents' dignity and independence are always prioritized.

Requirements:

  • Retail professional qualification (e.g., Registered Nurse or NVQ Level 3) and at least one year of experience in a care home environment
  • Strong leadership, excellent communication, caring nature, and good time management skills
