About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Family Home Care Specialist to join our team in Market Harborough.

This is a temporary full-time work opportunity, requiring experience in Children and Young People settings.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with various needs, including behavioural support, mental health, non-verbal communication, and learning difficulties.

The estimated salary for this role is around £22,000-£28,000 per annum, depending on experience.

  • Deliver exceptional care and support to individuals with diverse needs, promoting their well-being and dignity.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain accurate and confidential records of care provided.
  • Participate in waking night shifts, observing and supporting residents of this home.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Hold up-to-date medication, moving, and manual handling training certifications.
  • Have an Enhanced Adult and Child workforce DBS (update service).
