Salary & BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of up to £35,000 per annum, 28 days holiday, pension, recognition program, professional development, low-cost meals, employee assistance program, and additional perks.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements- Care Planning: Strong understanding of care planning and abuse prevention.
- Leadership: Ability to lead shifts, provide guidance, and maintain high care standards.
