You will be accountable for making legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy while maintaining a strong focus on customer and patient safety.

• Deliver Exceptional Patient Care: Provide expert guidance and support to patients, ensuring they receive the best possible care and advice.
• Build Pharmacy Capabilities: Develop and enhance the skills of store teams, promoting a culture of excellence within the pharmacy.
• Conduct Risk Assessments: Regularly review and assess risks to ensure a safe working environment for customers and staff.
• Deliver Professional Services: Offer a range of pharmacy services, including NHS services, vaccinations, and blood pressure checks.

• Competitive Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
