Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a world-class experience for our diverse customer base.
  • Collaborate with the retail and training teams to identify business strengths and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and execute retention strategies to retain top talent on counter.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced retail environment, with a strong track record of sales achievement and team leadership.
  • Excellent business acumen, including sales analysis, inventory management, and staffing.
  • Ability to work flexibility during retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and digital business tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with department store floor managers and head office.
