The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Ambassador to join our team at Puig in Cardiff. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a key role in delivering a unique and remarkable shopper experience, driving sales growth, and increasing brand awareness. Key Responsibilities: • Achieve sales targets by delivering exceptional customer service and anticipating customer needs • Increase Puig brands' awareness and build customer loyalty through effective communication and engagement • Implement cross-selling strategies to support brand awareness and drive sales • Represent Puig brands by communicating their values and philosophy through all interactions with customers and colleagues • Maintain accurate customer databases to build strong relationships and identify future sales opportunities • Offer a unique experience to every customer by embracing the Puig counter protocol and selling protocol • Address customer enquiries, issues, or complaints and seek assistance when required We're Looking for Someone Who: • Has a minimum of 2 years' prior sales experience within beauty and luxury fragrance • Can work effectively as a team player • Is passionate about the luxury industry and our brands About Us: • We offer an entrepreneurial, creative, and welcoming work culture • A range of learning and development opportunities • An international company with plenty of opportunities to grow • A competitive compensation and benefits package • Company events and well-being initiatives • Employee discount on our products
