NYX Counter Manager Boots Cardiff

NYX Professional Make-Up is a leading brand in the colour cosmetics industry, offering affordable professional makeup at the forefront of today's emerging beauty trends. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Counter Manager to lead our team at Boots Cardiff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Manage inventory and stock levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Deliver on-counter events and create initiatives to drive business in the community and store.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with department store floor managers and head office.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a sales or management role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent business acumen, including sales analysis, inventory management, and staffing.
  • Ability to work flexibility during retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and digital business tools.
