We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team in North Lanarkshire Council. As a key member of our Throughcare and Recovery team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality social work services to individuals and their families within the community.
About the Role:- To assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans, ensuring they meet the needs of service users.
- To work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to achieve positive outcomes for service users.
The ideal candidate will possess CQSW/DipSW, BA (Hons) in Social Work, or equivalent qualification, with post-qualifying experience in social work. They will also have excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
What We Offer:- An estimated salary of £29,000 - £34,000 per annum.
