About the Job

We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our U&S Division at PIB Group. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the product governance process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining high standards of stakeholder satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the annual product review process, ensuring timely completion and adherence to set timescales.
  • Liaising with product managers to ensure changes to existing products follow the product governance framework.
  • Generating quarterly reports for the Product Governance Oversight Committee and providing updates to stakeholders and divisional committees.
  • Utilizing data to update previous product reviews, engaging with relevant business units for senior management sign-off.
  • Producing a timetable for annual product reviews and overseeing completion to agreed timelines.
  • Providing training to stakeholders on amendments to the product governance framework and ensuring ongoing awareness of product governance lifecycle requirements.
  • Responding promptly and accurately to insurer-led requests for product information to facilitate their own annual reviews.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date divisional database of Fair Value Assessments and Target Market Statements.
  • Liaising with stakeholders for distribution chain assessments, preparation, distribution, and analysis.
  • Representing the division at governance meetings, providing data and reports as required.
  • Collaborating with compliance teams to ensure ongoing compliance with Group and regulatory requirements.
  • Conducting annual reviews of the divisional process to identify necessary changes and maintain product governance standards.
