Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to join our Passenger Transport team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all engineering activities across our operations.

Our team operates a fleet of over 230 buses, with a combined workforce of nearly 700 employees. We are committed to decarbonizing our operations by 2035 and are currently deploying over 100 electric vehicles.

Your primary focus will be on achieving ongoing engineering targets and standards, ensuring the maintenance of our vehicles at an efficient and economic level. You will also be responsible for managing the EV deployment program, ensuring optimal performance and warranty compliance.

To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record in delivering key engineering targets and budgets within the transport sector. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be working closely with our Engineering Shift Managers and Supervisors to drive performance and coaching.
