Position Summary: We are currently seeking a Junior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team as part of our ongoing recruitment efforts.
Role Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Quality Manager while collaborating with the Production Management team.
- Contribute to an established Quality department that values the importance of quality in delivering high-end products to discerning customers.
- Support the Goods-in function to ensure that incoming materials comply with specified standards.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at minimizing waste, enhancing efficiency, and facilitating the introduction of new product lines.
Qualifications: To be considered for the Junior Quality Assurance Engineer position, candidates should possess:
- Experience in a quality-centric role within the manufacturing industry, preferably in sectors such as Aerospace, Automotive, or robotics-driven manufacturing.
- An engineering-focused qualification such as ONC or HND.
- The ability to interpret engineering drawings and familiarity with SAP systems would be advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits: The successful candidate will receive a competitive annual salary of up to £43,000, along with:
- 25 days of annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
