Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our transportation operations team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and economic maintenance of our public service vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the performance of our electric vehicle fleet, ensuring maximum efficiency and adherence to warranty terms.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve ongoing engineering targets and standards, driving continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering Director to drive business growth and expansion, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of engineers and technicians, providing coaching and performance management to ensure maximum performance.
  • Work closely with the Operations team to ensure seamless integration of engineering activities with overall business operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in transportation operations management, with a strong focus on engineering and maintenance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Experience with electric vehicle deployment and management, with a strong understanding of warranty terms and conditions.
