Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineering Manager to join our team at Recruit Engineering. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for guiding and managing the team's efforts, ensuring the successful development and implementation of new in-house actuators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Project Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new in-house actuators, ensuring they meet customer specifications and performance standards.
  • Instrumentation and Design: Develop and maintain schematics and associated databases, continuously improving instrumentation kit design and drawing office tool kits.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure valve assemblies meet customer specifications and performance standards, collaborating with third parties as needed.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess strong knowledge of pneumatic systems and control valve performance requirements, as well as proficiency in CAD packages (Solid Edge, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD).
  • Communication: Collaborate with colleagues and third parties to ensure successful project outcomes, attending office meetings as required.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, physics, or mathematics).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in engineering and project management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
