Teacher for Pupils with Complex Needs

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to join our team as a Middle School SEMH Teacher. The successful candidate will have experience in teaching students with social, emotional, and mental health needs, and possess a deep understanding of the challenges faced by these students. You will develop and deliver targeted educational programmes to promote academic achievement and personal growth. Responsibilities
As a member of our team, your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and implementing bespoke learning plans for each pupil
- Building strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure consistent support
- Liaising with colleagues to share best practices and improve outcomes
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience in teaching students with SEND
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively under pressure
