Job Description
The Key Stage 2 Pastoral Leader/Inclusion Officer will play a vital role in supporting pupils with pastoral issues. This includes providing guidance and assistance inside and outside of school, collaborating with teachers and staff to develop strategies for supporting pupils, and working with the team to create a fully supportive environment that promotes wellbeing and personal growth.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategies to support pupils with pastoral issues
* Provide guidance and assistance to pupils inside and outside of school
* Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a positive and inclusive environment
Skills and Qualifications
* Strong background in education or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
