About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Support Specialist for Pupils. As a Key Stage 2 Pastoral Leader, you will work closely with teachers and other colleagues to provide comprehensive support inside and outside of school.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to promote pupil wellbeing and inclusion.
- Provide pastoral support to pupils, working closely with teachers and other colleagues to ensure their needs are met.
Salary: Estimated £39,000 - £44,000 per annum
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A passion for supporting pupils with pastoral issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all pupils.
