Job Description

We are looking for a Community Outreach Coordinator to lead our efforts in drawing in local community assets to support delivery of recovery-focused outcomes. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a willingness to collaborate with various stakeholders, and a passion for empowering service users.

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating brief interventions, promoting recovery capital, and working effectively with our Inclusion policies and procedures.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact in your community and contribute to the development of our comprehensive wellbeing and lifestyle support offer.

A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum is on offer, depending on experience.
