About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Community Program Coordinator to join our team at Rethink Mental Illness. As a Community Program Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Wellness Garden in Leek, Staffordshire Moorlands.

Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate and lead support sessions for individuals with mental health needs. You will work closely with our team to develop and deliver creative and engaging programs that cater to the diverse interests of our participants.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable populations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. A strong understanding of mental health principles and a passion for community development are essential for this role.

As a Community Program Coordinator, you can expect to receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your success. You will also have the opportunity to network with other professionals in the field and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
