A talented teacher is required to work with pupils in a middle school setting, providing education and support for those with social, emotional, and mental health needs. As a qualified teacher with QTS, you will deliver a cross-curriculum programme of learning to primary aged pupils across Key Stage Two (KS2) and Key Stage Three (KS3). The Role

Your day will be varied, engaging children in the classroom to manage their own behaviour, complete their work, and reach their potential.

You will take initiative, be resilient, and drive pupils to achieve and progress. Working intensively with small groups of children with additional needs, you will work on learning activities, promoting confidence, and encouraging pupils to act independently to succeed.

Your Qualities
  1. A Qualified Teacher in possession of QTS
  2. Experience with young people with SEMH, autism, ADHD, CSE, or other disabilities and needs
  3. Experience working with primary aged pupils across Key Stage Two (KS2) and Key Stage Three (KS3)
  4. Able to hold student attention and focus with excellent communication skills
  5. Promoting happiness, self-reliance, and encouraging positive interactions
