Administrative Support Specialist

As a Client Engagement Coordinator at Recra Consulting, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction. This role requires a highly skilled and dedicated individual who can respond promptly to customer inquiries, process orders efficiently, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert assistance and resolve customer issues via phone and email.
- Manage invoicing and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and inquiries in our database.
- Collaborate with various departments to support sales, chase quotations, and assist in business development initiatives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
