Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting and Administrative Support Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of financial operations. This role involves performing various tasks, including data entry, payroll processing, and accounting document preparation, as well as developing a comprehensive understanding of Everycare Ltd's financial systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various tasks to support financial activities, including data entry, payroll processing, and accounting document preparation.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of Everycare Ltd's financial systems and processes, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.
- Assist with preparing and submitting financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software such as Zoho Accounts and CareLineLive planning management system.
Salary: £17,500 per year (pro rata for part-time) + yearly bonus
