About This Opportunity
The Advocate Group is currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join their team. This exciting role offers an opportunity to drive business growth and make a real impact on the company's success.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase the distribution of draught and packaged beverages within assigned territories. They will work closely with the Brands Team to execute customer plans that promote growth and sales within assigned accounts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the UK beer or alcoholic drinks market.
- Strong understanding of the UK on-trade landscape.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:
The Advocate Group offers a competitive salary package, including an estimated £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a bonus scheme.
