Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified mental health professional to join our CAMHS Intensive Outreach Team as a Clinical Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of clinicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to young people and their families.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to team members, promoting best practice and continuous improvement
  • Develop and implement effective care plans for service users, in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
  • Ensure compliance with Trust policies and procedures, including those related to safeguarding and confidentiality
  • Clinical responsibilities may include direct work with service users, as well as case management and coordination

Salary: £62,000 - £86,909 per annum

Requirements:
  • Registered mental health professional with post-qualification experience in a relevant discipline (e.g., RMN, Psychologist)
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience of supervising and mentoring staff
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of child and adolescent mental health, including relevant legislation and policy
