**The Role:**
As a key member of our CAMHS Intensive Outreach Team, you will play a critical role in supporting young people and their families in times of crisis. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring that each individual receives the right treatment and support.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Lead and manage the CAMHS Intensive Outreach Team, providing clinical supervision and guidance to team members
  • Develop and implement effective care plans for service users, in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
  • Ensure compliance with Trust policies and procedures, including those related to safeguarding and confidentiality
  • Clinical responsibilities may include direct work with service users, as well as case management and coordination

Salary: £62,000 - £86,909 per annum

Requirements:
  • Registered mental health professional with post-qualification experience in a relevant discipline (e.g., RMN, Psychologist)
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience of supervising and mentoring staff
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of child and adolescent mental health, including relevant legislation and policy
