Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining high standards of quality control, and driving sales and profit growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Front of House team to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain high standards of quality control.
  • Oversee and manage the Front of House area, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profit growth, including upselling and promoting our menu offerings.
  • Collaborate with the General Store Manager to coordinate all aspects of the Front of House, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of guest care, including responding to guest complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, inventory levels, and staff performance.
  • Attend training and meetings as required to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Front of House Supervisor or Duty Manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations, with the ability to maintain high standards of quality control.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
