About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Front of House Manager to join our team at Radisson Blu Heathrow Hotel & Conference Centre, London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front desk, concierge, and other guest service areas.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure VIP guests receive special attention and personalized services.
  • Supervise, motivate, and lead front-of-house staff, including receptionists, concierge, bellhops, and porters.
  • Provide ongoing training and development for staff to ensure high service standards.
  • Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak times.
  • Assist the Front of House Manager in overseeing all front desk activities, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest inquiries.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Front of House Manager or Reception Manager in a hotel is essential.
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft and knowledge of Reservation Systems (Opera/MARSHA or OnQ).
  • Excellent communication skills with a high standard of written and spoken English.
