Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of quality control, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Front of House team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the General Store Manager to coordinate all aspects of the Front of House.
  • Ensure tight stock control and budgeted margins are achieved.
  • Lead by example and promote a positive working environment.
  • Monitor and address any guest complaints or issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to ensure team members are motivated and productive.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure all employees adhere to company uniform standards and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Front of House Supervisor or equivalent role in the food industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in English and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
