NHS Pharmacy Services Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Pharmacist to join our team and support the delivery of pharmacy services across the PCN.

  • Manage patient requests and conduct medication reviews using GP systems (Emis and S1).
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to optimize medicines use and patient care.
Requirements
  • Primary care experience in a GP practice setting is essential.
  • Proficiency in using clinical systems such as Emis/System1 is required.
