We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Horley - York House, working 3 days a week. As a Receptionist, you will provide administrative support to our Operations Team, including coordinating tasks, supervising staff, and delivering high-quality services to our clients.
Key Features:- Salary: £23,832.15 per annum, paid pro-rata based on a full-time equivalent.
- Location: Horley - York House
- Working Hours: Part-time, 3 days a week
- Coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing emails, and preparing reports.
- Supervise reception staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- NVQ 3 or relevant certification in administration or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
