Experienced Engineering Coordination Professional Wanted for Pan Pacific London

Pan Pacific London, a five-star hotel in the heart of the City, is seeking a highly skilled and organized Engineering Office Coordinator to join our exceptional team. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. As an Engineering Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the engineering team, including managing schedules, maintaining records, and preparing reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the engineering team, including managing schedules, maintaining records, and preparing reports
- Monitor and track maintenance requests and work orders using the hotel's management software
- Assist in managing inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
- Act as a liaison between the engineering department and other hotel departments, facilitating effective communication regarding maintenance issues and projects
- Assist with coordinating engineering projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and communication with vendors
