Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at The Cambridge Brew House. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building rapport with our customers and team, and leading shifts safely and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and ensure the smooth operation of the pub
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers and team
- Train and develop team members to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight customers
- Manage inventory and maintain a clean and safe working environment
