Job Title: Building Surveyor/Project Manager
Job Summary:
Oyster is seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor/Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing residential projects from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage residential projects up to £35 million, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and project success.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and reports to ensure accurate financial tracking and decision-making.
Requirements:
- MRICS qualified Building Surveyor with a strong background in residential project management.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a customer-focused approach.
