Triumph Consultants Limited seeks a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Interim Practice Manager in Halifax. The salary for this position is £31.88 per hour (PAYE) for 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing staff and resources within the locality team, working closely with the locality team manager and pod coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of the team. You will also be expected to participate in the recruitment, induction, and training of staff, as well as contributing to the development of policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in social work with children and families, holding a professional qualification such as BSc or DipSW, and being registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC). A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are also essential.
