Key Responsibilities:
Cineworld Cinemas Ltd is seeking an Employee Benefits Specialist to manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and service providers to support the delivery of total rewards programs and services. This role requires strong commercial experience in leadership positions where you have designed, built, implemented and managed total global rewards programs that drive employee engagement, retention, and performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset to solve complex problems, champion data-driven decision making, and present effectively to various levels of the business. You will develop and deliver effective communication strategies to educate employees on total rewards offerings, policies, and initiatives, promoting understanding and engagement.

Additionally, you will lead the evaluation, enhancement, and administration of employee benefits programs, including health and wellness plans, retirement savings, insurance, paid time-off, and other perks. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £70,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
