Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Smithybrook View Extra Care Establishment in Clay Cross.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our clients, promoting their independence and wellbeing. This will involve working on a three-shift rota system, including early mornings, afternoons, and waking nights, with enhanced rates of pay for unsociable hours.
The role will involve a range of tasks, including personal care, dressing, undressing, meal preparation, administering medication, monitoring health and wellbeing, and supporting clients to access communal areas. The post holder will also be required to work alongside healthcare professionals, together housing team, families, and colleagues.
