About the RoleAs a Customer Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You will be responsible for training and developing your team, as well as ensuring that company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed at all times
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
